Once your request is received, we will confirm availability and outline the next steps for securing your booking. A deposit is required to reserve your spot, which is a standard practice to guarantee your place and manage our scheduling. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to your scheduled departure, or at least upon arrival; failure to do so may result in cancellation of your booking. Payments can be made conveniently by credit card or bank transfer, providing flexibility to suit your preferences. Please note that any incidental expenses or additional charges you incur while traveling—such as optional tours, personal purchases, or other unforeseen costs—are your responsibility and must be settled accordingly.
2. Cancellation and Refunds
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible. Should you need to cancel your reservation, kindly provide written notice at the earliest opportunity. The amount refunded will depend on the timing of your cancellation: cancellations received at least 72 hours before your departure date are eligible for a full refund, those received at least 48 hours in advance qualify for a 75% refund, and cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to departure will receive a 50% refund. Please keep in mind that all refunds are subject not only to our policies but also to those of our partners and suppliers, whose terms may affect the final refund amount and processing time. We are committed to communicating any such conditions clearly and will do our best to expedite the process for you.
3. Travel Documents
It is each traveler’s responsibility to ensure that all necessary travel documents—including but not limited to passports, visas, and any required permits—are valid, up to date, and comply with the regulations of the countries you will visit. Geo Indo Raya Travel Agency can provide guidance and general information about entry requirements, but the ultimate responsibility for obtaining and carrying proper documentation lies with the traveler. Any delays, penalties, or disruptions arising from incomplete or incorrect documentation are outside our control, and we cannot be held liable for any resulting issues. We highly recommend checking the specific requirements of your destination well in advance of your trip.
4. Travel Insurance
While we strive to make your journey as smooth as possible, travel always carries an element of unpredictability. For this reason, we strongly encourage all clients to purchase comprehensive travel insurance. While we carefully select our partners and coordinate arrangements on your behalf, we do not directly control these services. Therefore, we cannot accept liability for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience that may arise from the actions, omissions, or circumstances of third-party suppliers. We do, however, remain available to assist you in resolving issues that may occur and will advocate on your behalf wherever feasible.
