Before finalizing your booking, we ask that you carefully review the following terms and conditions. These terms are established to ensure transparency and to set clear expectations for every service and booking we provide. By choosing to utilize our services, you acknowledge and accept all the conditions described below.

1. Bookings and Payments
To initiate a booking with Geo Indo Raya Travel Agency, you are required to submit your request in writing, either through our official website’s booking form or via email. This process allows us to capture all the important details of your trip and ensures accuracy in your reservation. Once your request is received, we will confirm availability and outline the next steps for securing your booking. A deposit is required to reserve your spot, which is a standard practice to guarantee your place and manage our scheduling. The remaining balance must be paid in full before your scheduled departure, or at least upon arrival; failure to do so may result in cancellation of your booking. Payments can be made conveniently by credit card or bank transfer, providing flexibility to suit your preferences. Please note that any incidental expenses or additional charges you incur while traveling—such as optional tours, personal purchases, or other unforeseen costs—are your responsibility and must be settled accordingly.

2. Cancellation and Refunds
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible. Should you need to cancel your reservation, kindly provide written notice at the earliest opportunity. The amount refunded will depend on the timing of your cancellation: cancellations received at least 72 hours before your departure date are eligible for a full refund, cancellations received at least 48 hours in advance qualify for a 75% refund, and cancellations made at least 24 hours before departure will receive a 50% refund. For cancellations less than 24 hours before departure, there’s no refund. Please keep in mind that all refunds are subject not only to our policies but also to those of our partners and suppliers, whose terms may affect the final refund amount and processing time. The refund process takes approximately 5 to 14 business days after canceling the trip. We are committed to communicating any such conditions clearly and will do our best to expedite the process for you.

3. Travel Documents
It is each traveler’s responsibility to ensure that all necessary travel documents—including but not limited to passports, visas, and any required permits—are valid, up to date, and comply with the regulations of the countries you will visit. Geo Indo Raya Travel Agency can provide guidance and general information about entry requirements, but the ultimate responsibility for obtaining and carrying proper documentation lies with the traveler. Any delays, penalties, or disruptions arising from incomplete or incorrect documentation are outside our control, and we cannot be held liable for any resulting issues. We highly recommend checking the specific requirements of your destination well in advance of your trip.

4. Travel Insurance
While we strive to make your journey as smooth as possible, travel always carries an element of unpredictability. For this reason, we strongly encourage all clients to purchase comprehensive travel insurance. The right insurance plan can protect you from unexpected events such as medical emergencies, trip cancellations, lost luggage, or other unforeseen incidents. Geo Indo Raya Travel Agency does not provide insurance as part of our packages and is not responsible for any loss, injury, damage, or expense that may occur during your travels. By securing appropriate travel insurance, you can travel with greater peace of mind and security.

5. Changes to Itinerary
At times, circumstances beyond our control—such as weather conditions, operational issues, or supplier availability—may require adjustments to your itinerary. Should this occur, we will notify you promptly and present alternative options that closely match your original travel plans. While we make every effort to minimize changes and maintain the quality of your experience, there may be situations where the revised itinerary differs from what was initially planned. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility, and we are committed to working with you to find satisfactory solutions whenever possible.

6. Responsibility and Liability
At Geo Indo Raya Travel Agency, we connect you with hotels, transportation, local operators, and more to make your trip come together smoothly. We put real effort into choosing our partners and organizing your travel plans, but honestly, we don’t have control over how every part of the service actually unfolds. So, we can’t take responsibility for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience that happens because of your own actions or things outside our reach. Still, if something goes wrong, we’re here to help you sort it out. We’ll back you up and do everything we can to make things right.

7. Privacy
Your trust is important to us, and we are committed to safeguarding your personal information. We collect and use your data solely for the purpose of delivering our travel services, such as processing bookings, facilitating communication, and ensuring your travel needs are met. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal details with third parties unless we have your explicit consent or are required by law to do so. Our privacy practices are designed to protect your information and comply with relevant regulations, so you can book with confidence.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The laws of Indonesia govern these terms and conditions. In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to your booking or our services, such matters will be resolved in the courts of Indonesia. By booking with Geo Indo Raya Travel Agency, you agree to be bound by this legal framework.

9. Children’s Policy:
Children aged 3 to 10 years get a special rate.
Kids under 3 join for free.
The child rate is 75% of the adult price.
